As any of you GWAMM or title grinds have done BFLA? I really prefer to follow the story then having stupid line below my character! Well now obvious people will eventually finish BFLA when going for oppressor weapons, if that wasnt the case, they probably wouldnt know what War in Kryta was! |

Would it really be that terrible if your reward was a title for fifty points?
Let me say that first of all, I'm grateful to Arenanet to a ridiculous extent for handling the HoM the way they did. I'm trying to get as many of my friends into GW2 as I can, and it makes it very appealing to be able to say that they will be starting on the same premise as everyone else, and can even get GW1 now and work on getting some prestige and know how if they want in a low stress environment. That said, I think this follows Arenanet's suit perfectly. Ever notice the type of rewards they give for excessive grind? I challenge any one of you to point me to a reward in item or armor form that can only be obtained through excessive grinding. (Excessive to me would be above Level Three Max Title Track) Obsidian Armor? Chaos Gloves? The Rainbow Phoenix? Eye of the North Armor/s? Holiday Armor? WiK Rewards? That's, in my opinion, exactly how Guild Wars should be. What keeps me playing to this day is to know that the guy who happens to have a thousand hours more play time than I do has very little to separate himself from me outside of raw skill and know how. The more there is to favor grind, the bigger the divide. There's just no reward for the community in catering this playstyle. It's what ruins other games, locking out new players and closing in on the few people that have time, money, and attention that allows them to play the game for ridiculous amounts of time. Maybe I'm overreacting because I've seen this kind of divide ruin so many other games I've played in the past, but that's my two cents. Again, great job, Anet, you have yet to disappoint me in the development of GW2. Keep up the good work. |

Depending on how far off GW2 is, I am pretty sure we will get more things to do and some of those will pass over into GW2.
They are just spacing them out, when it becomes clear from posts that the majority of players are passing the 30 point mark they will come up with something else. At least its given me a reason to get elite armour which I never really considered before. |

i sure hope they decide to add more prizes. only makes sense, as long as the extra items do not give players an overly large advantage.
